Q1.Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer for kinds of auto parts, located in Wenzhou,Zhejiang province of China ,all products are produced by ourselves to keep sure our best quality and the most competitive price .
Q2.What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 8pcs /per carton.
Q3. What is your production lead-time?
A: Basically,it takes 2-3days if there's something in stock and for big quality we need 15-30 days for the mass prodution if there's no enough stock,Definitely ,The specific delivery time depends on the quantity of your order but we will promise on-time delivery.
Q4. What is the packing details?
A:We have neutral kraft packing and Oustar color box packing, any special packing instruction from customers will be strictly obeyed.and for each outer carton,we usually have 8 boxes in it.
Q5. What is your terms of the payment?
A:T/T or L/C at sight are both acceptable,when use T/T, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q6. Is ODM possible for you to produce?
A: Yes,ODM is highly welcome for us,any artwork or design please freely contact with us.
Q7: What’s your after-sale service?
A:About after-sales service,our warranty period time is 24 months for any original quality issue and if there’s any quality problem from you,after verification we will replenish another one to you then, or we will refund you or give you some discount to negotiate a best way to solve it and express our sincere apology.
